Because it takes human intelligence to build and power the systems and solutions that people depend on every day. So we stay curious and make space for diverse points of view. We share what we know and we challenge what’s possible.

Ensure high standards of reliability, scalability, observability, and security
Oversee monitoring, logging, and incident response capabilities
Provide technical guidance and influence cross-team architectural decisions

At least 6 years of hands-on DevOps experience in production environments

Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
Experience managing, administrating and working on a day-to-day basis with Linux OS
Experience working with CM solutions (Saltstack preferred)

Proven ability to take ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers (formal leadership not required)

Why Join Us
Opportunity to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on
Lead and grow a core team with broad organizational impact
High ownership over infrastructure, delivery, and engineering excellence
