We are seeking an experienced Operations Quality Manager open to a long- term relocation in the Middle East.
This position cover the management of the processes as following specified:
Putting in place control and inspection processes to asses the conformity of the performed maintenance tasks on aircraft and components.
Verifyng the records of maintenance tasks on iness and Infolog and close the inspection tasks.
Managing the Metrological Lab.
Signing the Certificate of Release to Service with Maintenance after the verification that all activities have been performed according with the maintenance data.
Signing the Ready to Flight Certificate with the Flight Line and present it to KAF for approval.
Signing the Cannibalization Form, manage Defect Report
Cooperate with the Technical Support dept in order to guarantee the Management of Maintenance Engineering issues.
Managing the Failure Report in collaboration with Maintenance and Technical Support.
Collaborating with technical support in order to manage all the issues (engineering investigation,occurrence etc.).
Main Responsibilities
- Supervises the aircraft daily configuration set-up;
- Ensure that all flight line and maintenance tasks be carried out by qualified staff, using approved documentation, materials and tooling;
- Supervises and manage the Metrological Laboratory;
- preferred:Completion of a quality Mananagemnt System Auditor course in the aerospace industry.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality principles, international standards, rules and processes;
- Strong knowledge about the EFA aircraft systems;
- Good experience on EFA Flight Line and Maintenance activity;
- Good knowledge of aeronautical legislation and engineering processes;
- Ability to use Office/Windows packages.
- Personal Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Technical English language, written and spoken;
- Strong managerial skill.
