We are looking for a: Scope & Change Management Manager who is available for an indicative period of two years in the UK, before returning to one of Leonardo Italia's sites.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the comprehensive management of programme scope, requirements, and change control processes within the programme. The role will ensure that all programme objectives align with strategic goals while adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Requirements Management: Lead the requirements identification by engaging with stakeholders to identify, analyse/validate, and document programme requirement that are clear, concise, and aligned with programme goals.
Change Management: Implement a structured change management process to evaluate, approve, and document changes to programme scope and requirements. Assess the impact of changes on programme baselines (schedule, budgets, and resources) and communicate the changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Activities:
- Implement change management strategies and oversee change management processes across the programme;
- Support teams in managing transitions during structural or procedural changes;
- Oversee the implementation of change initiatives verifying they align with pre-determined plan;
- Supported by other PM Teams, identify constraints, dependencies and resources to support change processes, ensuring they are executed on time and within scope;
- Collaborate with other functions to integrate changes into the overall programme baseline;
- Provide training and support to programme stakeholders to help them understand change impacts and benefits;
- Oversee the collection, documentation, and validation of requirements from stakeholders;
- Maintain the Requirements Traceability to guarantee alignment between requirements, deliverables, and project objectives;
- Ensure clear definition of programme scope, deliverables, exclusions, and acceptance criteria in coordination with stakeholders;
- Lead the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, ensuring a logic, structured and hierarchical decomposition of work and establishing configuration control;
- Accountable for validating the achievements of contract requirements to release payment milestones;
- Manage team performance and code of conduct in accordance with the business policies;
Objectives (SAMPLE)
- Achieve xx % adoption rate of new processes within the first xx months;
- Minimize resistance to change, keeping disruptions under xx%;
- Ensure all major change initiatives are completed within the set timeframe and budge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant subject;
- Professional certifications; example: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM (Association for Project Management).
Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in relevant subject.
