The Integrated Systems Department is seeking a Process Engineer. Integrated Systems leads all aspects of Systems Engineering that drive the development of complex systems to support the Raytheon Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury, MA location. The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by cultivating a world-class group of systems thinkers who work together as a team to architect technical solutions to some of the world’s toughest challenges.
This is a full-time onsite position based in Tewksbury, MA.
What You Will Do
Provides process support and expertise to the Programs
Reviews and contributes to program’s Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) and other plans for compatibility with each other and SE Processes
Supports and facilitates development of program Tracking Books
Performs and supports Project Data Analysis
Participates in and supports lead engineers during the various Quality audits
Support and manage the Engineering Development process (track, measure and document engineering metrics)
Knowledgeable in Command Media (the repository for RTX Policies, hRTN Policies, Directives, Procedures, Instructions and Enablers including, but not limited to, the Engineering Measurement and Analysis (M&A) Catalog)
Knowledgeable in the Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP)
Interacts with department and various program leadership and CAMs
Generates monthly Tracking Books and conducts monthly Tracking Book meetings
Collaborates with the ESM Super CAM and PAC-3 CAM to finalize the ESM and PAC-3 financials for the monthly tracking book
Follows the ESM fiscal monthly calendar cadence
Qualifications You Must Have
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
Prior experience as a Process Engineer, Systems Engineer OR with engineering program support
Qualifications We Prefer
Ability to work Independently
Experience with iTracker/JIRA
Experience with Data Warehouse/SAP BusinessObjects (BoBj)
Experience with Command Media
Experience with Patriot SE Process web page
Experience with SEMP
Prior Process Engineer experience on a Patriot country program or other program is recommended

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
