Naval Radars is a portfolio area within the Naval Power, Naval Systems & Sustainment sub-strategic business unit, providing exceptional solutions in sensors and effector integration for the United States and its allies. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager to serve as the Program Integrator for SPY-6 Production Programs, part of the Naval Radars portfolio.
This position reports to the SPY-6 Production Director responsible for integrating strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline across the program. SPY-6 includes domestic and international life cycle of the SPY-6 Family of Radars, namely production and sustainment.
**This is an onsite position at our Tewksbury, MA facility.
**Relocation assistance is NOT available currently.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with the Program Director, the SPY-6 Production Leadership Team, and functional leaders to integrate strategy, communications, planning, continuous improvement, and execution discipline across the program
- Lead internal and external (Customer) portfolio communication and reporting cadence, continuity, and content coordination
- Support the SPY-6 Production Team through Gate, Audit, Compliance type reviews
- Support the Program CORE and Improvement Target initiatives
- Responsible for the implementation of the RTX Lifecycle Program Management across the program
- Alignment / collaboration with all internal functions regarding EACs, audits, and customer reviews
- Display strong oral and written communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external customers
- Influence actions and change management across the cross-functional portfolio
- Travel required as needed
What You Will Learn:
- Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
- SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years
- prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7years’ experience
- Prior program and or project management experience
- Prior leadership/management experience
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (peer, leader, individual contributor)
- Strong communications skills
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Program Management Level 7 Certification or equivalent – ability to obtain within 6 months after date of hire
- Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Experience with development and production programs
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for programs
- Experience with business and/or program management tools or systems
- Demonstrated success creating and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
