Not RequiredB/E Aerospace, Inc. d/b/a Collins Aerospace has an opening for a Senior Manager, Business Systems & Transformation in Winston-Salem, NC. 5-10% national travel is required as well as 1-3 international trips per year. This is a hybrid position; must work at least 3 days per week in Winston-Salem, NC office; 2 days per week can work remotely in the U.S.

What YOU will do
- Analyze technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems.
- Represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments.
- Coordinate with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
- Gather data to support engineering and PLM activities and create scope documents, functional specifications and test plans.
- Execute unit testing and facilitate end user acceptance testing.
- Participate in technical implementation teams in analyzing requirements and contributes to the design of PLM solutions intended to address complex requirements.
- Provide input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards.
- Responsible for Installation, configuring, maintaining, and supporting Teamcenter PLM system in Multisite environment.
- Test and implement Siemens software releases/upgrades (Teamcenter, ERP adapter, NX, VisView, etc.).
- Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows and overall workflow design.
- Define, implement and perform test disaster recovery plans.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field and 10 years of progressive experience as a Teamcenter Architect/ Teamcenter Development and Administration or related role. In the alternative, at least a master’s degree or its equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field and 7 years of experience as a Teamcenter Architect/ Teamcenter Development and Administration or related role would be acceptable.
- Must possess at least 7 years of experience with Siemens Teamcenter and CAD application configuration, architecture and customization.
- Must possess at least 6 years of experience with Site Consolidation and migration activities.
- Must possess at least 6 years of experience with Teamcenter and CAD application upgrade activities.
- Must possess at least 6 years of experience with integrating Siemens Teamcenter with external applications e.g. SAP.
- Non-US Person - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
The salary range is $141,107.00 to $250,000.00 USD per year. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
