What we're looking for

We’re looking for a creative, AI-savvy Social Media Marketing Intern to help amplify our brand across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll create content, appear in vlogs, experiment with AI video/image tools, and help shape our digital presence as we scale.

What you will do

Content Creation & Social Media

• Create engaging short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form vlog-style content
• Brainstorm and execute content ideas around startups, tech, energy, AI, and founder life
• Manage posting schedules, optimize hashtags, track metrics, and grow follower count.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms
• Repurpose existing content into clips, carousels, memes, and blog posts

AI-Enhanced Creative Workflow

• Use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Opus Clip, and Descript to accelerate content creation
• Generate thumbnails, captions, scripts, and visuals using AI
• Test new AI tools for automation, content scaling, and rapid experimentation
• Help build lightweight automations (n8n/Zapier) for social workflows

On-Camera & Vlog Work

• Record behind-the-scenes vlogs of founder life, product development, and events
• Interview team members or customers on camera
• Be comfortable being featured in videos (no acting experience needed — just personality and confidence)

General Marketing Support

• Research competitor content and identify trends
• Assist with newsletters, product announcements, and community engagement
• Support events, demos, and launch campaigns

Ideal candidate profile

• A strong storyteller who loves social platforms and stays on top of trends
• Comfortable being in front of a camera (or willing to get comfortable fast)
• Proficient with AI creative tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Descript, Opus Clip, etc.)
• Familiar with video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut)
• Bonus: experience with automation tools (Zapier, n8n), Figma, or basic design skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset — scrappy, resourceful, and fast
• Takes initiative and can work independently

Compensation & commitment
