Chief of Staff

POSH is revolutionizing the battery energy storage industry by providing innovative, intelligent, and sustainable solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications. We help businesses optimize power management and reduce carbon footprints. We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and help scale the business. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving complex problems, and wants to build a category-defining company.

What You’ll Do

• You will wear multiple hats and work directly with the founders on business and operation-related execution.
• Implement AI-driven initiatives across business functions to ensure we can operate as lean a team as possible. We want to deploy AI agents and utilize as many AI tools as possible to scale the business and operation.
• Lead mission-critical initiatives that don’t neatly fit into a single function—from evaluating new markets to launching new products.
