Founding Sales Manager

We are looking for a Founding Sales Manager who will be excited to sell Outtalent’s services to top software engineers around the world and constantly innovate to grow our business. 

This is one of the most important roles in the company. 

We are aiming to significantly grow revenue in the next 1–3 months and your work will directly determine how fast we grow and reach profitability.

You will work directly with the founders and have significant ownership over how sales is built at Outtalent.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify issues in our sales processes and continuously improve conversion rates
• Co-design and iterate on sales strategy with founders
• Build and improve sales processes, documentation, and dashboards
• Work with a pipeline of 100+ inbound leads per month
• Run sales over video and chat and convert leads into paying customers

What we’re looking for specifically for this role

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent sales skills & 2 or more years of related successful experience

Compensation

Base: $1000/month
Performance bonus: $50+ per closed candidate (uncapped)
Equity: meaningful founding team grant after 3 months
Expected total compensation: $2,500–$4,000/month
Top performers can exceed this significantly

Office location

This job is open to remote candidates from almost anywhere around the world but our customer base is mainly in Europe-friendly timezones.
