Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a self-starting, motivated Maintenance Janitor 3 team located in Oxnard, Ca. The team designs, develops, tests, delivers, and operates advanced prototypes and unique marine systems. The new team member will have the opportunity to perform a variety of janitorial functions in support of our field engineering team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors.
• Removing refuse.
• Polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings.
• Providing janitorial supplies.
• Cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms

Basic Qualifications for Maintenance Janitor 3:

• HS Diploma and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• 4 years experience working in a janitorial or related work environment.
• Ability lift, bend, and perform physical activities consistent with daily duties.
• Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) prior to starting. TS/SCI and (SAP) is required to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial experience in an industrial environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Primary Level Salary Range: $47,200.00 - $78,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
