Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Business Management Analyst based on-site out of Rolling Meadows, IL. The selected candidate will become an integral part of the Targeting & Survivability Pricing & Estimating team tasked with providing guidance and support to the business unit activities. This position offers the 9/80 schedule.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have the ability work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Get To Do:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Work in a team environment to develop proposals in response to customer requests

• Prepare Proposals in compliance with applicable government regulations and internal policies

• Present proposal recommendations to management

• Prepare certified cost and pricing data packages

• Support proposal audits and negotiations with customers

The successful candidate will be proactive, have the ability work in a fast-paced environment, have organizational/time management skills and the ability to multitask. 

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting experience or experience in other business management related function - OR - a Master's degree with 1 year of Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting experience or experience in other business management related function

• Experience in pricing, finance, contracts, business and/or business operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools/applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel skills is highly preferred.

• Prior price estimating experience

• Experience with ProPricer

• Experience with Cost/Price Analysis

• Experience with creating and delivering presentations

• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
