Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- ERP System Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems to ensure they meet the organization's needs.
- Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and security.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Ensures that the ERP system is not just a tool, but a strategic asset. By aligning the ERP system with the company's long-term objectives, enable seamless integration across departments, from engineering to procurement and finance, manufacturing to quality assurance.
- This alignment ensures that every function within the organization is working towards common goals, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
- Leadership:
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship, ensuring that the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to tackle complex challenges.
- The leadership extends beyond the ERP team, influencing the entire organization to embrace best practices and innovative solutions.
- Leadership in Project Management involves guiding and motivating a team to achieve project goals efficiently while fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability in complex organizational structures, like matrix organization.
- People leadership involves inspiring, empowering, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Leading my own role involves setting clear personal goals, staying disciplined, and continuously seeking growth and self-improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement within the ERP system and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and trends to drive innovation.
- Project Management:
- ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
- With a strategic oversight ensures that resources are allocated effectively, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Production Planning & Shopfloor execution systems (MES):
- focus on monitoring and controlling real-time production processes on the shop floor, ensuring efficient workflow, quality control, and data accuracy, providing visibility into production activities, track material movements, and optimize resource usage
- Data Management
- involves organizing, storing, and ensuring the accuracy and security of data to support efficient access and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Enhancing Data Security and Compliance
- implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry regulations, protecting the organization from potential threats and ensuring the integrity of its operations.
Qualification Checklist
- Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience
- Proven experience managing ERP systems, preferably in a large organization.
- Hard Skills
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP software capabilities (e.g., SAP and other ERP systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems, CRM);
- Soft Skills
- excellent leadership and team management skills
- strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability to changing environments and requirements.
- Proficiency in English is essential
