Junior Learning & Development Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief

As our Junior L&D Specialist, you’ll support the development of programs that strengthen our culture, empower our teams, and elevate learning across the company. You’ll work closely with the Senior L&D team and report to the Director Talent, gaining hands‑on experience in shaping a high‑performance, value‑driven environment.

Your Role in Our Space Mission

• Support initiatives that reinforce our values and strengthen our culture.
• Assist in organizing programs that foster inclusion, recognition, and employee connection.
• Help coordinate cross‑departmental efforts to embed cultural values into daily practices.
• Collect and analyze employee feedback to support engagement and retention initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of leadership and learning programs.
• Support the administration of our Learning Management System and digital learning tools.
• Assist in designing and maintaining career development resources.
• Help coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
• Collaborate with internal communications to share stories about culture and development.
• Work with HR BPs and other teams to integrate learning into the employee experience.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualification Checklist

• Degree in psychology, HR, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in L&D, HR, or culture‑related roles (internships included).
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Comfort working with data to support decision‑making.
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
