Why this role matters:
As a Supply Chain Specialist for the Satellite Flight Control & Structures category you will ensure the availability of flight-critical systems, including ADCS, propulsion, and composite satellite structures, that directly impact satellite control and mission success, enabling designs to be built, tested, and launched on schedule.
You will work closely with suppliers, engineering, and production, translating technical needs into reliable supply, managing risks, and supporting the scaling of satellite production.

Requirements
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Flight-critical hardware is available on time
- ADCS, propulsion, and composite structures support development, production, and launch without supply-driven delays
- Supply risks are identified and mitigated early
- Long lead times, single sources, and technical risks are actively managed before impacting programs
- Suppliers meet flight-grade performance expectations
- Key suppliers deliver to quality, reliability, and schedule requirements
- Supply supports scaling into production

- Technical understanding of satellite propulsion, and ADCS systems and composite structures
- Strategic sourcing of high-reliability hardware
- Supplier qualification and risk management
- Strong cross-functional execution with engineering and production
