Fullstack developer - Angular & NestJs - Full Remote - Europe
Job Description
đ Experienced Fullstack Developer (TypeScript / NestJS / Angular)
Join us in building the AI GTM Brain for high-performing sales teams.
At Gojiberry AI, weâre building the AI GTM Brain â a system that connects CRM, marketing, and sales data to help teams automate everything from lead scoring to outreach. Weâre still a lean team, backed by strong early traction, and are now looking for an experienced fullstack engineer who wants to own meaningful parts of the product.
Youâll work directly with the CTO (exâfounder and lead engineer with a background in automation and cloud architecture) to architect, ship, and scale features endâtoâend â from ingestion pipelines to polished interfaces that sales teams actually love using.
đ§ What Youâll Build
- Design and scale our data ingestion engine that syncs customer activity from Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot into our RAGâpowered AI workflows.
- Develop productionâgrade backend services in Node.js / NestJS / TypeScript, optimizing for reliability and throughput at scale.
- Build elegant, dataâdriven frontend dashboards with Angular and Tailwind to visualize lead scoring, workflow automation, and campaign performance.
- Deploy and monitor services on AWS (ECS, RDS MySQL, CloudFront), keeping things fast, secure, and costâefficient.
- Collaborate on architecture and automation decisions that shape our GTM brain as we grow.
𧩠What Weâre Looking For
- 4+ years of fullstack development experience.
- Strong expertise with TypeScript, NestJS, and Angular.
- Solid understanding of AWS, Docker, ECS, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with REST APIs, web security, and clean, maintainable code.
- Located in Europe (for time zone alignment) and fluent in English (No french needed).
Nice to Have
- Experience with background jobs, eventâdriven systems, or vector databases.
- Familiarity with AI integrations, LLM workflows, or SaaS automation tools.
- An interest in GTM tech â sales, marketing, or CRM data.
đĄ Why Join Us
We founded Gojiberry because after years in sales development and engineering, we realized 80% of GTM work is still manual data entry and coordination. Weâre building the AI layer to fix that ; not with fluff, but with infrastructure that actually works at scale.
Youâll have real ownership, no bureaucracy, and the chance to shape a product that blends AI, data, and workflow automation from the ground up.
đ The Practical Stuff
- Fully remote in Europe.
- Flexible hours, async work culture.
- Modern stack and high code quality standards.
- A small, highâtrust team that moves fast but values depth

Technical interview (60â90 minutes)
Live coding and architecture discussion focused on TypeScript, Node.js/NestJS, Angular, and AWS. The goal is to see how you reason, structure code, and approach real problems rather than solve trick questions. -
