ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a highly practical, hands-on internship designed for someone who wants to move past generic marketing tasks and master the core engines of B2B retention and conversion. Working under the direct mentorship of our Senior CRM Manager, you will gain deep exposure to the entire lifecycle funnel. For a high-performing individual who demonstrates strong ownership and flawless execution, this role has the strong potential to grow further within the team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Campaign Setup & Multi-Channel Execution: Set up, launch, and manage automated CRM campaigns—including emails, in-app notifications, and direct mail—to deliver highly targeted communication to both new and existing clients.
Journey Creation & A/B Testing: Create and adapt end-to-end CRM journeys. You will actively run A/B tests and analyze the results to continuously optimize funnel performance.
Obsessive Quality Assurance: Show flawless attention to detail when it comes to content creation, email design, segment logic, and the final sendout of email, in-app, and direct mail campaigns. You will act as a strict guardian against errors before campaigns go live.
Performance Measurement & Analytics: Consistently measure and report on each channel’s performance, translating data into actionable insights to identify new optimization opportunities.
Bring Fresh Ideas: Research CRM trends, AI use cases, and new tools—pushing the team to experiment and try new things.
Localization & Alignment: Coordinate and adapt communication workflows to fit our various European target markets, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
High Ownership Mindset: You don't just complete tasks; you care deeply about the results. When a campaign drops in performance, you are eager to look for the root cause and propose solutions.
Strong Intent: You possess high motivation and a strong intent to build a long-term career in marketing and CRM.
Analytical & Logical: You enjoy working with numbers, understanding funnel conversion rates, and building "if/then" logic in automation workflows.
Excellent Communicator: You speak English fluently. German or any additional European languages will be considered a strong advantage.
Pragmatic & Hands-on: You bring a strong hands-on mentality and naturally find pragmatic solutions to complex challenges.
Location: You are based in Berlin, or have a strong desire to relocate here.
Bonus points for
Prior internship, coursework, or hands-on projects in marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or any marketing automation tool.
Comfort with workflow and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).
Active experience using AI tools in your workflow (e.g., LLMs for copywriting, research, or automation).
A background or strong interest in B2B, fintech, or SaaS.
