ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Content & Brand Strategist (m/f/d) at Pliant, you own how we tell our story and how that story drives our pipeline. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution across content, brand, SEO, and website. You understand that in B2B fintech, great content isn't just visibility, it's revenue.
This is role is hybrid and based in Berlin
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content, Brand & Messaging
Define and execute Pliant's content strategy across the full funnel, from awareness to conversion
Create high-impact content for web, thought leadership, sales enablement, campaigns, product marketing, and PR
Shape Pliant's positioning, messaging, and narrative in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Leadership
Website Ownership
Own getpliant.com as a content asset: lead messaging, copy, and page structure across the full site
Collaborate with Design, Dev and Rev Ops on improvements that support conversion, informed by funnel data and user insights
Ensure website content stays consistent with Pliant's positioning and evolves with the product
Organic Growth & SEO/GEO
Build scalable SEO and AI search (GEO) workflows to grow visibility, engagement, and inbound pipeline
Develop content initiatives that strengthen brand authority and generate measurable pipeline impact
Operations & Performance
Manage freelancers, agencies, and localization processes across multiple markets
Track and optimize based on organic growth, engagement, SQLs, and conversion metrics
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
6+ years of experience, with at least 3 in B2B SaaS, fintech, or growth-focused content and brand marketing
Strong expertise in content strategy, SEO/GEO, brand positioning, thought leadership, and demand generation
Proven track record of building scalable content programs with measurable business impact
Excellent storytelling and editorial skills for complex B2B products and markets
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Growth, and Leadership teams
Hands-on experience building AI-supported content workflows
Native-level English writing skills; German is a strong plus
