Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Image Process Specialist (Level 2) to join the Tool and Duct Responsibility Center (TDRC) in Algona, WA.
Job Summary:
Support the TDRC by printing, collating, labeling, generating part tags and assembling production order paperwork accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory and order supplies necessary for print room operations. Provide detailed-oriented customer service to internal stakeholders and support business projects as needed. This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work collaboratively within a manufacturing or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Print production orders and related documents according to established procedures.
Collect, collate, and assemble production order paperwork into packets for distribution.
Label orders and packets accurately to ensure proper identification and traceability.
Create part tags and attach as required to production orders.
Order and manage supplies required for print room operations, maintaining inventory levels.
Provide customer service by responding to internal requests and coordinating with production and supply chain personnel.
Support business projects by assisting with documentation, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
Adhere to Boeing’s safety culture, including IIF (Injury and Illness Free) principles, by wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe, clean, and defect-free work environment.
Collaborate with Materials Management Specialists (MMS), Supply Chain Management Analysts (SCMA) and Industrial Engineering team, and other roles to ensure timely and accurate processing of production orders
Lift and move materials weighing up to 30 lbs as part of daily tasks.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to operate printing and labeling equipment, including software applications used for label fabrication & metal part tags.
Knowledge of production order processes and documentation requirements
Strong communication skills to provide effective customer service and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Commitment to safety and quality standards, including compliance with PPE requirements and maintaining a defect-free environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
6+ years experience in production order processes and documentation requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders and documentation accurately.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
