The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking an Experienced Contract Management Specialist to join the team in Saint Charles, Berkeley, or Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead the management and administration of complex contracts, including negotiation, execution, and closeout
Ensure compliance with federal acquisition regulations, Boeing policies, and customer requirements
Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify risks and opportunities; develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support proposal development, contract modifications, and claims
Provide expert guidance on contract interpretation, pricing, and performance metrics
Monitor contract performance and deliverables to ensure alignment with program objectives
Support audits and reviews by internal and external agencies
Mentor and guide junior contract specialists to enhance team capabilities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships
3+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Experience with International contracts
3+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts

Summary pay range: $90,100 – $121,900
