You will sell browser and computer-use agents tailored for mission-critical workflows.

We were the first to deploy computer-use agents in healthcare. Our agents already execute thousands of mission-critical tasks every day, including updating patient records, generating insurance quotes, and more.

Our mission is to safely integrate superintelligent systems into the core processes that run the economy.


Why This Role Exists

Asteroid already has strong customer pull and a product running in production. Now we need our first dedicated commercial leader to turn that early traction into a repeatable enterprise sales motion, build pipeline, and own the commercial function.

You’ll work directly with the founders, operate from the front lines, and help shape how the company grows. We’re here to win.


What You'll Own

  • Enterprise Sales - You will close deals. Prospect, qualify, run demos, navigate technical and economic buyers, negotiate, and close six-figure deals.
  • Go-To-Market & Pipeline - Build and run the outbound engine end-to-end. Keep Attio clean and the pipeline moving. Find repeatable customer pockets and run ICP experiments.
  • Account Management & Customer Success - Be the commercial face post-sale. Manage relationships, support agent launches, and stay close to customers as they expand.
  • Inbound & Marketing - Own our content strategy and help build the inbound engine. Drive SEO, GEO, and our presence on LinkedIn and X.

What You'll Contribute To

  • Product & Roadmap - Aggregate customer feedback and translate it into specific product improvements. Work closely with the engineering team to articulate customer pain clearly and influence what we build next.
  • Operations - Assist with day-to-day operations, including pricing, compliance, and other tasks that keep the business running.
  • Customer Support - Jump in when customers need help. We go the extra mile for our customers, and you will too.

This Role Is for You If

You're ruthless in the search for product-market fit. You understand that PMF is a moving target at every stage ($0-$1M, $1M-$10M), and you're comfortable constantly iterating on positioning, messaging, and ICP.

You've been a founder or early commercial hire at a seed-stage or Series A startup. You can close and deliver on six-figure contracts. You're extremely resourceful. You find hacks, test channels, and figure out what works before scaling it.

You work closely with engineers, not around them. You can sit with the engineering team, articulate customer problems clearly, and shape the product together.

You're AI-native. You're already using AI tools extensively to make yourself 10x more productive. You'll bring that same mindset to everything you do here.


Qualifications

  • Past founder or early commercial hire at a pre-seed, seed, or Series A startup, with experience building GTM and sales motion from scratch
  • Proven ability to own the full sales cycle and close six-figure deals
  • Hands-on experience with sales and marketing tools such as CRMs, outbound platforms, and content tools
  • Able to scope customer workflows end-to-end and assess implementation complexity
  • Can build agents on the Asteroid platform and support customer launches
  • Strong ability to translate customer feedback into product direction
  • Credible with technical stakeholders on APIs, webhooks, browser automation, tools, and agent behavior
  • Extensive use of AI tools in daily work

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare industry experience, including experience selling to healthcare stakeholders such as Heads of Operations, Practice Managers, and Clinicians
  • Experience scaling a startup through 0→1 and 1→10 stages
  • Experience selling AI-powered tools

Interview Process

  1. 15-min intro call with David (CEO) - Align on expectations, logistics, and motivations
  2. 1-hour on-site interview with the CEO + team lunch OR 30-min call with the CEO - Deep dive on experience, approach, and culture fit, depending on location
  3. GTM take-home project + live presentation to the CEO - Show us how you'd approach a real GTM challenge
  4. 1-2 week paid contract - Work with us to test the fit, full-time or part-time depending on your circumstances
  5. 1-3 reference checks
