Project Coordinator

Job  Description:

A key supporter to CS Cluster by coordinating and tracking cluster‑level initiatives and projects, aligning with stakeholders on milestones and deliverables, preparing structured progress and risk reports for decision‑making, proactively facilitating execution and escalations to ensure timely and transparent project delivery.

Job  Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Tracking

• Understands project objectives, scope, and business needs defined at cluster level.
• Supports project planning activities, including task tracking, resource alignment, and milestone follow‑up.
• Contributes to inputs and analysis supporting project deliverables and timelines.

Reporting & Project Information

• Prepares project status updates, reports, and presentation materials to support cluster‑level reviews and decision‑making.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identifies potential risks or issues and supports mitigation discussions with cluster manager

Stakeholder Coordination

• Builds and maintains effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to enable smooth project execution.

Job Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management / project coordination
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to align multiple stakeholders and drive follow‑ups.
• Logical thinking with structured problem‑solving and clear prioritization.
• Proficient in office productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Basic data analysis skills (e.g., progress tracking, simple metrics/visuals for management reporting).
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); able to produce concise management reports and present updates.
