【Job Description】

Working as a Legal Intern at ASML, you will have the opportunity to develop yourself in handling the following matters:

• Conduct legal research on various corporate & compliance topics

• Assist in reviewing and drafting different kinds of commercial contracts

• Analyze facts and issues of business cases

• Assist in responding to legal requests from other departments and providing creative & feasible solutions

• Help prepare presentations and conduct daily corporate processes

• Assist legal counsels in other general matters

【Requirements】

• Oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese

• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Proactive and positive attitude, eager to learn and take challenges, and enjoy working as a team
