Job Description
Introduction
The Learning & Knowledge Management team within ASML Academy strengthens how ASML learns and shares knowledge worldwide. We support the business by building a connected and engaged global community. This community helps deliver One ASML Academy, encourages ownership, and ensures long‑term capability development across the company. As a internship, you will help expand and improve our community initiatives. You will contribute to work that supports both strategic continuity and sustainable innovation.
Your assignment
As a Learning & Knowledge Management internship student, you will work closely with the global community management team. You will help design, coordinate, and optimize community activities that bring learning and knowledge professionals together. You will explore how community processes can become more scalable, consistent, and future‑proof.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Analyze current community initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
Propose new ways of working that strengthen global community engagement.
Document and standardize processes, guidelines, and best practices.
Build a stakeholder map and support the stakeholder feedback process.
Assist in planning and delivering online and in‑person community events.
Improve communication channels used for community building.
Contribute ideas that enhance cost efficiency, quality, and scalability.
This is a bachelor/master (non-thesis) internship for a minimum of 5 months, 4 days per week (hybrid). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, business administration, educational sciences, or a related field.
Enjoy working with web‑based systems and digital tools.
Have strong communication skills and feel confident working with diverse stakeholders.
Bring energy and initiative with a proactive, hands‑on, self‑starter mindset.
Show adaptability, learning agility, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
Have interest or experience in event organization
Other requirements you need to meet:
You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;
You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
