
CS - UIR RPM Operation Excellence Project Lead (Digital & KM) - Hsinchu
Job Description
Data & Analytics Engineering:
Build and maintain data pipelines; integrate data from SAP/Non‑SAP and operational systems.
Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI) for KPI monitoring and root‑cause analysis.
Automate data processing with Excel VBA, Python, or equivalent scripting to reduce manual effort.
Applied Data Science:
Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modelling to support operational decisions.
Validate models, monitor performance, and operationalize insights for frontline usage.
Knowledge Management (KM):
Establish KM taxonomy, templates, and versioning; curate reusable playbooks and standards.
Implement governance for content lifecycle, searchability, and compliance with data policies.
Operational Excellence
Link digital/KM initiatives to Hoshin Kanri goals and operational KPIs; drive measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, and cost.
Facilitate cross‑functional problem‑solving and standardize ways of working.
Change & Stakeholder Management
Lead adoption through training, communications, and feedback loops; measure usage and impact.
Serve as the primary non‑PGP contact window, aligning deliverables and timelines across teams.
Security & Compliance
Ensure data privacy, access controls, and auditability; enforce governance standards across tools
Education and experience
- Master degree with 3-5 yrs experience in semiconductor experience (e.g. line, engineering), has a general understanding of technical topics (through technical background or job experience).
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
