Responsibilities:

Act as a point of reference for compliance in Purchasing processes, providing guidance and addressing questions from the department team;
Perform fiscal description and classification of goods;
Manage the registration of materials and services in the company’s database, ensuring compliance with applicable fiscal classification rules;
Manage the supplier registration within the Purchasing organization, ensuring the application of the KYS (Know Your Supplier) process;
Ensure that national and international Export Control regulations are applied in the Purchasing processes for materials and services;
Analyze and monitor deviations in Purchasing processes;
Provide training to all stakeholders and internal customers of the Purchasing department on the relevant processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, or Law.
Solid experience in Compliance applied to Purchasing / Supply Chain processes.
Proven knowledge of fiscal classification of goods (NCM/HS) and technical description of materials and services.
Experience with supplier registration and management, including the application of KYS (Know Your Supplier) processes.
Familiarity with SAP.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Fluency in Portuguese (spoken, written, and reading).
Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).

Responsabilidades:

Atuar como ponto de referência quanto à conformidade dos processos de Compras, orientando e respondendo às dúvidas da equipe do departamento;
Descrição e classificação fiscal de mercadorias;
Administrar o cadastro de materiais e serviços na base de dados da Empresa, garantindo o cumprimento das regras pertinentes de classificação fiscal;
Gerir o cadastro de fornecedores na organização de Compras, garantindo a aplicação do processo KYS (Know Your Supplier);
Garantir que as regulamentações nacionais e internacionais de Controle de Exportação sejam aplicadas nos processos de Compras de Materiais e Serviços;
Analisar e monitorar os desvios dos processos de Compras;
Prover treinamentos a todos os intervenientes e clientes internos do departamento de Compras quanto aos processos pertinentes.

Requisitos:

Ensino superior completo obrigatório em Administração, Relações Internacionais, Comercio Exterior ou Direito.
Experiência sólida em Compliance aplicado a processos de Compras / Supply Chain.
Conhecimento comprovado em classificação fiscal de mercadorias (NCM/HS) e descrição técnica de materiais e serviços.
Experiência com cadastro e gestão de fornecedores, incluindo aplicação de processos de KYS (Know Your Supplier).

Familiaridade com SAP.
Habilidade com Google Workspace.
