Descrição da vaga: Estágio Administrativo
Localidade: São Paulo/SP
Modalidade: Presencial

Horário: 8h às 15h

Principais atividades:

• Apoiar na prestação de contas das viagens técnicas;

• Auxiliar na compra de materiais administrativos;

• Auxiliar abertura de solicitação de demandas internas por meio do sistema da empresa;

• Ajudar no acompanhamento de itens aeronáuticos enviados para reparo;

• Dar suporte nas demandas de compras de novas ferramentas no hangar.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

• Cursando ensino superior em Administração;

• Inglês básico/intermediário;

• Ter disponibilidade para estagiar presencialmente (30 horas semanais) na Helibras de São Paulo por 2 anos;

• Candidatos internos: favor atentar-se a regra de ouro;

• Experiência no Google Workspace/Pacote Office e sistema SAP será um diferencial.

Position description: Administrative Internship

Location: São Paulo/SP

Type: In-person

Working Hours: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Main activities:

• Support the reporting of technical trips;

• Assist in the purchase of administrative materials;

• Assist in opening internal requests through the company's system;

• Help track aeronautical items sent for repair;

• Provide support for requests to purchase new tools for the hangar.

Mandatory requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college program in Business Administration;

• Basic/intermediate English;

• Availability to intern in person (30 hours per week) at Helibras in São Paulo for 2 years;

• Internal candidates: please note the golden rule;

• Experience with Google Workspace/Office Suite and SAP system will be a plus.
