The Role
The Customer Success team at AiDASH is the bridge between our technology and the real-world outcomes our customers depend on. We work directly with utilities, transportation agencies, and infrastructure operators across the globe to ensure they unlock the full value of our AI-powered platform from onboarding through long-term partnerships.
As an Engagement Manager, you will own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will be their strategic advisor, ensuring successful platform adoption, driving measurable outcomes, and building the long-term trust that turns customers into advocates. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, account management, and solution consulting and is critical to AiDASH's growth and retention goals.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Partner closely with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, define success metrics, and drive long-term strategic value
- Lead end-to-end customer engagements across analytics consulting, AI solutions, SaaS implementation, and geospatial strategy initiatives
- Act as the primary bridge between customers and cross-functional internal teams, including Product, Engineering, Ai Data Operations, Data Science, and Customer Success.
- Drive program execution by managing timelines, priorities, stakeholder communication, risks, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams
- Translate complex datasets and technical insights into clear business recommendations and actionable outcomes for customers
- Guide customers through large-scale transformation and implementation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, sustainability, and infrastructure resilience
- Build strong executive-level relationships and become a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for scalable and repeatable solutions by bringing customer feedback and implementation learnings back into the product ecosystem
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping build strong execution discipline and customer-centric thinking across the team
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, program management, strategy, or analytics-driven implementation roles
- MBA from a Tier I college/institution with prior experience working in consulting firms and managing enterprise clients
- Strong experience leading enterprise customer engagements and driving cross-functional project delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams across different levels of the organization
- Exposure to SaaS implementations, analytics consulting, digital transformation, AI/ML solutions, or other data-driven technology products
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially while working with senior leadership and enterprise customers
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive ownership, and execute independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and multiple workstreams
