Reforged Labs (YC W22) is building the AI-powered creative intelligence platform for mobile marketers and user acquisition teams. Backed by Y Combinator and DCM, our flagship product, Boa, analyzes ad creative performance across the market and helps teams understand what’s working, why it’s working, and what to create next. By integrating MMP data, market intelligence, and proprietary AI agents, Boa predicts and suggests ad creatives with higher hit rates.

In our latest case study with Supercell, 80% of Boa’s ads outperformed Supercell’s own control ads. Teams using Boa ideate, produce, and iterate on ad creatives 2–3x faster while improving ROAS. Our team brings backgrounds from Google, Microsoft, and Harvard.

We leverage both our own proprietary models as well as open-sourced ones to achieve state-of-the-art performances for our application purposes. These models include Diffusion Models, LLMs and Deep Recommender Systems. Our software stack is using the most popular frameworks and languages in the AI industry, such as Javascript, Python and Rust on top of the infrastructure stack of things such as Docker, Nginx and Kubernetes.
