We're looking for a Talent Development Partner to connect Talent Development with the business, ensuring our talent initiatives drive real impact. Partnering with People Partners, business leaders, and specialist Talent & Culture teams, you'll identify capability needs, translate them into practical development solutions, and support the adoption of programmes across areas such as leadership, performance, succession, early careers, learning, and future skills.
What the role involves
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps, talent priorities, and development needs, acting as the key Talent Development contact for your business areas
- Drive adoption of Talent Development programmes across areas including manager development, performance, succession, early careers, learning, and future skills, ensuring initiatives are embedded and deliver business impact
- Translate enterprise frameworks into practical guidance, tools, and activation plans, supporting key talent moments such as performance and talent reviews, development planning, onboarding, and programme launches
- Collaborate with specialist Talent & Culture teams, Learning Experience Design, and Learning Operations to deliver joined-up solutions, ensuring programmes are effectively communicated, implemented, and measured
- Use business insights, feedback, and organisational data to identify opportunities, remove adoption barriers, and continuously improve the effectiveness and scalability of Talent Development across the organisation
What we are looking for
- Experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, capability development, organisational development, HR business partnering, or a related role
- Strong ability to partner with business stakeholders and translate business needs into learning and capability solutions
- Experience diagnosing learning needs and distinguishing between training requests, performance gaps, process issues, communication needs, and broader capability challenges
- Strong understanding of adult learning, behaviour change, and how people build skills in the flow of work
- Experience designing or partnering on learning programmes, development journeys, workshops, digital learning, or blended learning solutions
- Comfort working with data, employee insights, performance signals, feedback, and adoption metrics to inform learning decisions
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning ecosystems
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, bring structure to complex needs, and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
