As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be owning regional operational processes and providing expert guidance to managers, while driving data integrity and process efficiency within the People Ops function.
- Process Ownership: Manage complex lifecycle events across our regional markets, ensuring all legal and regional requirements are met meticulously.
- Expert Advice: Act as an ambassador for employee experience, solving escalated inquiries from managers and providing guidance on regional benefits and policies.
- HRIS Mastery: Perform regular data audits in Workday to ensure payroll readiness and support business reporting requirements.
- Regional Coordination: Provide day-to-day operational guidance to local managers, coordinating with internal specialists and local providers.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify existing administrative workflows and improve the quality of service delivery.
- Data Quality: Own data quality standards for your markets, conducting regular reviews and resolving the root causes of recurring data issues.
- Cross-HR Partnership: Work closely with the wider People team and act as a subject-matter expert for your region when needed, supporting Payroll, HR Data, Rewards, Talent Acquisition (TA), Talent Development (TD), and HR Business Partners (HRBP).
- Has solid experience in HR Administration within a multi-country organization, specifically supporting our regional markets.
- Has professional experience with Workday is highly desirable; proficiency with Google Suite tools.
- Has a pragmatic approach to problem-solving with a focus on simplification and continuous improvement.
- Is comfortable operating within a global matrix structure and managing competing priorities.
- Has excellent written and spoken English.
