Founding Operations Lead

We’re hiring a founding Product Operations Lead to own and improve the workflows that power our product.

This is not a traditional operations role. You will work directly in the day-to-day workflows, understand where and why things break, and turn those insights into more reliable systems.

You will sit at the intersection of operations, product, and automation. Your goal is not just to run operations, but to make them faster, more reliable, and increasingly automated over time.
