The opportunity :

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will design and own strategic initiatives to improve our student experience and oversee a growing team of student-experience professionals. You will build processes and systems to scale our operations 10x efficiently while achieving high student and partner company outcomes.

This role reports directly into our Director, Operations.

What you'll do :

  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve a large portion of the student journey from learning to job placement

What you'll bring :

  • 5+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, preferably in an edtech or healthcare environment

Bonus points if :

  • You have an MBA

  • You’ve previously worked at a startup

  • You have experience working in healthcare

Interview Process :

  • Step 1: Introductory call with Talent Acquisition team member

  • Step 2: Hiring Manager interview

  • Step 3: Take-home assignment

  • Step 4: Virtual panel interview

  • Step 5: On-site panel interview in NYC

The target base salary range for this opportunity is $140,000 - $165,000 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including equity and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.
