Landeed is a rapidly growing startup looking for an ambitious Entrepreneur-In-Residence with a focus on Web3. We are building a comprehensive property title search engine that will transform the way people transact real estate in India and beyond. With Web3 technology emerging as a key component of the future of real estate, we need someone who is passionate about exploring its potential and has a deep understanding of its applications.

As our Entrepreneur-In-Residence, you will be a critical part of our team, working closely with our leadership to develop and execute on our Web3 strategy. You will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the company and work with a team of talented engineers, designers, and business professionals to bring your vision to life.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a Web3 strategy for Landeed. Work with our team to identify and explore new opportunities in the space. Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 community. Conduct research and analysis to inform our Web3 strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Web3 technology into our product offerings. Monitor trends in the Web3 ecosystem to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience as an entrepreneur or investor in the Web3 space. Deep understanding of Web3 technology and its potential applications. Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct research and analysis independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Passionate about transforming the real estate industry through technology. Interview Process

Interview process for the Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) position at Landeed with a focus on Web3:

Initial Screening: A member of the product team will conduct an initial screening to assess the candidate's experience, skills, and fit for the EIR position. This may be done through a phone or video interview.

Pitch Presentation: Candidates will be asked to prepare a 15-minute pitch presentation on their ideas for how Landeed can leverage Web3 technology to transform the real estate industry. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session with a panel of Landeed Founders and stakeholders.

Case Study Analysis: Candidates will be given a case study related to real estate and asked to analyze it through the lens of Web3 technology. This will be an opportunity for the candidate to showcase their problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Behavioral Interview: A behavioral interview will be conducted to evaluate the candidate's work style, approach to problem-solving, leadership abilities, and fit for Landeed's culture and values.

Reference Check: A reference check will be conducted to verify the candidate's experience, skills, and performance in previous roles.

Final Interview: Candidates who successfully complete the previous stages will be invited to a final interview with the CEO and other top executives at Landeed. This will be an opportunity for the candidate to showcase their vision for the future of real estate and how they can contribute to Landeed's growth and success.
