Job Description
Job Role
Experienced CRM professional responsible for managing end-to-end client coordination, documentation, and process execution. Acts as a single point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and closure of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end coordination for client requirements and process execution
- Act as SPOC for clients and internal stakeholders
- Track order status, documentation, and timelines through Excel trackers
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly reporting MIS in Excel
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for timely task completion
- Follow up on pending issues and ensure closures within timelines
- Provide regular updates and reporting to clients and management
- Handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and update trackers/WorkDocs regularly
- Ensure compliance with documentation and process requirements
- Languages : English, Hindi & Any other.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in CRM / operations / coordination roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel skills (trackers, MIS reporting, data management)
- Experience in documentation and process handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling client operations and coordination
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients and vendors
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- TAT adherence for task and order closures
- Accuracy and timeliness of Excel/MIS reporting
- Reduction in pending and aging cases
- Number of successful task closures
- Effective handling of escalations and stakeholder satisfaction
