About the Role: The role is to scale our Cards and Digital Payments stack. You will be tasked with building potential relationships with acquiring banking, lending, TPAP and other related partners with the agenda of scaling our FinTech solutions. You will own every banking relationship, from contract negotiation and commercial structuring to operational management of integrations, settlements, and disputes.

What You Will Own

• Own the entire banking partnership lifecycle - sourcing, negotiation, contracting, integration, and ongoing relationship management
• Own the commercial terms (BIN sponsorship fees, interchange splits, settlement timelines) that define our gross margins
• Own the operational health of our existing banking relationships - daily settlement reconciliation, dispute resolution, escalations
• Own expansion into Credit Lines, TPAP, Lending

Show Us Evidence Of Building

• A bank partnership you closed as the primary owner - share the structure, commercial terms, and outcome
• Deep network of relationships you can show us in your LinkedIn (PSU banks, private banks, payment processors)
• A negotiation you led where you saved your company significant money or unlocked new revenue
• Hands-on experience structuring card program agreements (BIN sponsorship, interchange, settlement)
• Getting banking partnerships / TPAP for previous FinTechs
