Finance Controller

Backed by Konvoy , Y Combinator, Accel and others, we recently closed our $5M Series A and are scaling rapidly toward becoming the default wealth-building tool for mainstream India.

About the Role: You will own day-to-day finance operations at GoSats - bookkeeping, monthly close, GST, TDS, payroll, vendor payments, audit prep, and financial reporting. You will maintain audit-ready books and prepare the company for any future diligence. You will manage relationships with chartered accountants, auditors, and tax consultants.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years as a Finance Controller, Senior Manager Finance, or AVP Finance
• CA qualified or equivalent (CPA, CMA acceptable)
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or NetSuite
• Deep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), GST, TDS, FEMA
• Experience preparing for due diligence (Series A or B)
• Familiarity with international entities (Singapore, US) and cross-border transactions

Bonus:

• Has taken a startup through a funding round diligence
• Experience with payment industry / fintech financial reporting
• Familiarity with crypto/digital asset accounting
