Receptionist (part-time)

Our Office Management team is the heart and soul of the space we work in and one of the key elements of the overall GoodExperience of working in GoodData.AI. Right now we’re looking for an Office Coordinator to join this team in the front line, guard our reception in the Prague office and take care of the day-to-day operation of the office.

Here’s why we need you:

• You’ll be the first person people meet when they come to the office. If they are visitors, you’ll help them find their way and the right person, if they are bringing mail or parcels, you’ll take those over and make sure they get to the right hands.

• You’ll help keep our office in top shape, make sure the meeting rooms are orderly and equipped with all necessary supplies, that there are refreshments in the kitchenette, and that the coffee machines are clean and working. If needed, you’ll request maintenance or cleaning services.

• You’ll be supporting our colleagues with booking meeting rooms, scheduling company events, preparing refreshments, ordering lunch for some meetings, or sometimes running some errands.

• You’ll be responsible for petty cash in the Prague office, purchasing office equipment & office supplies.

• You’ll keep records of entry cards and distribute them.

• You’ll report to and closely cooperate with our Events & Office Manager, and participate in events organization.

• Your working hours will be Monday - Thursday, 9am-2pm. Upon agreement, there might be occasional changes to the schedule in case of events, we’ll inform you about those in advance.

Now here are a few things we believe would make you successful in this role:

• We’re an international company with many colleagues and partners from all over the world. So being comfortable speaking and writing in English is very important.

• And to make sure that you’re able to communicate with visitors or partners who may not speak English, fluent Czech/Slovak is very important too.

• You’ll need to be able to use Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc. If you’re familiar with MS Office tools, it’s going to be fairly easy to switch over and of course, we’re happy to help :)

• You like helping people, you’re well organized, and know it is important to cooperate well with others because no one can make it all on their own.

What else you should know:

This is a part-time position with expected cca 20 working hours per week, the contract will be “DPČ”.
