Paralegal

We are currently looking for a law student to join us as a Paralegal to help our global Legal Team. GoodData has a small US-CZ Legal team consisting of two in-house counsels and a couple of external counsels who cooperate closely on all legal matters related to GoodData business and operations. Do you want to become a part of it?

What will you do?

Support the Legal team across all our activities mainly by:

• Maintenance of legal documents and databases.

• Prepare and review simple agreements (also complex if you are interested!).

• Process contracts for execution.

• Vendor contracts review and management.

• Help with Legal Operations projects.

• Legal research.

About you

• Law school student (at least third year)

• Fluent in Czech and English

• Well-trained in Google Docs, Word & Excel

• Thorough, independent and fast-learning

• Flexibility and availability to occasionally work in evenings (Position is based in Prague and requires communication with our San Francisco office, which may take place in evening hours from time to time.)

It is nice if you have

• Certification in Legal English

• Knowledge of US Law

• Interest in AI and technology
