Founders Office (CEO's Office) - Product Manager

Join our high-energy team and play a pivotal role in driving our rapid growth and expansion. Your mission in this role will be to help Mainak - our co-founder & CEO and the product team be more productive and successful. You will be instrumental in achieving key priorities, leading special projects, providing project support, and acting as the first line of defence for multiple endaeavors.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap Development

As a product manager in the Founder’s office (CEO’s Office) you will be responsible for not only understanding the industry and building products for the industry but also maintain a bridge of communication about product requirements along with product explanations across various teams as well as customers if required.

You will also be responsible for crafting strategies related to product monetisation and adoption across all client groups.

Requirements:

• Be extremely data and fact-driven!
• Be a hacker! Not necessarily who can hack code but hack your way through any problem using first principles.
• You should possess at least 2+ years of experience in product management, problem-solving, or a similar role.
• Super hands on while solving problems and figuring out how tech, excel, code, gen AI can solve problems faster.
• On field user research is a mandatory requirement
• Display high levels of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
• Familiarity with product development processes and methodologies will be an asset.
• Demonstrate a track record of successfully juggling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
• Be flexible in adapting to evolving priorities and the dynamic needs of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Startup or Tech Experience: Previous experience in startups or tech companies will be considered a plus.
• Customer-facing roles: If you have prior experience working closely with C-suite executives, it would be an added advantage.
• Agile Knowledge: Familiarity with agile development principles and frameworks will be beneficial.
