Engineering Trainee (Work with founders)

Enerjazz is building a battery swapping network for 2M+ electric vehicles in India. We are funded by YCombinator (investor in Zepto, Reddit, AirBnB etc.)

Our expectations:

Be flexible and willing to learn. Get things done very quickly. Make mistakes but don’t repeat them. Communicate and keep all the stakeholders informed.

Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics BTech/MTech preferable. any other engineering graduate with strong interest in EV are welcomed to apply.

Starting salary: 20-30K INR/month (Negotiable)

Interview Process

Interview process has 3-4 stages

1. Introductory voice note/video: Ex: Please send a video/voice note explaining What is your ideal job role that you want to pursue? Why are you unhappy with your current job?
2. Comprehension Test (summarization of a work related video) Ex: Some video on operations, product, sales we will ask you to summarize.
3. Online interview. Here we will check basic skills, that are required for the job
4. Offline interview/field assignment

In each stages we will evaluate the requirements that's mentioned in job description.
