Head of Growth, Algeria

We are looking for a Head of Growth in Algeria to drive user acquisition, optimize retention, and scale our market presence. Key responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Growth Strategy
  • Build and implement a data-driven go-to-market strategy to expand Elevate Pay’s footprint in Algeria.
  • Define and manage country-specific user acquisition channels, ensuring cost-efficient and high-quality signups.
• User Acquisition & Retention
  • Lead growth initiatives across influencer partnerships, targeted content, and referral programs.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and retention strategies to maintain strong deposit retention and reduce churn.
• Market Expansion & Local Partnerships
  • Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders including remote work communities and local financial institutions.
  • Ensure Elevate Pay differentiates itself through localized solutions that address real pain points.
• Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyze key growth metrics.
  • Use data to iterate marketing spend and maximize ROI on acquisition efforts.
• Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the product, compliance, and operations teams to refine Elevate Pay’s strategy.
  • Hire and manage a small but highly effective local team to execute growth initiatives.
