Summary

Codesphere is growing – and with that growth comes the need for someone to own how we deliver. As our Head of Customer Success (m/f/d), you won't just run projects. You'll shape the standard for how Codesphere shows up for its clients, build a team around it, and personally lead our most complex, high-stakes engagements.


What you'll drive

  • Define and own how we grow and retain our most important client relationships – establishing processes, standards, and the right culture across the customer success function

  • Represent Codesphere at senior stakeholder level – from steering committees to executive sponsors

  • Build and lead a growing team of project and account managers, acting as primus inter pares

  • Hold accountability for delivery quality, contractual compliance, and client satisfaction across engagements

  • Anticipate where things break before they do – and have the authority and judgment to course-correct

  • Create a strong feedback loop between clients and our internal Product & Engineering teams

  • Be the person both sides trust when things get difficult


What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years in IT consultancy or delivery leadership, with a track record of building client relationships at senior level

  • You've led or mentored others and know what excellence looks like – and how to get a team there

  • At home in boardrooms and sprint reviews alike – you adapt your register without losing your substance

  • Known for your composure: the harder things get, the clearer you become

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Willing to travel regularly to client sites and Codesphere offices
