POSITION SUMMARY
Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Logistics Integrator who will primarily be responsible for aiding Axiom’s Operations and Planning team with the execution of logistical operations efforts. This role includes, but is not limited to inventory forecasting, planning, and reporting; work order generation and tracking; hardware allocation, ground and flight event scheduling, tracking and reporting mission critical milestones, schedule development, conducting pre-delivery readiness reviews, and presenting deliverable status and schedules to all levels of internal and external customers.
This position reports to the Extravehicular Activity (EVA) Hardware and Maintenance Planning Manager. This role is onsite and will be based at our Gemini facility.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets hardware data to forecast baseline hardware inventory requirements for flight, training, and ground support hardware and implements plans for procurement and/or production
- Initiates assessments and associated processes to sustain ground and flight sparing posture; coordinate spare procurement, manufacturing, and flight manifesting
- Develops on-orbit preventive, corrective, and contingency maintenance plans for EVA Orbital Replacement Units (ORUs); Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling
- Oversees flight hardware manifest requests and coordinates pre-delivery requirements for cargo integration which includes pre-delivery paperwork, readiness reviews, and delivery schedules.
- Utilizes the Inventory Management System to identify, allocate, verify readiness, and track hardware in support of specific flight and ground events
- Develops and maintains hardware planning processes, procedures, and work instructions
- Monitors the hardware production and processing schedules, ensuring all commitments are met while identifying and proactively mitigating risks to ground and flight support schedules
- Performs hardware supportability analysis for ground and flight event support utilizing predictive analysis tools for prompt responses to customer hardware support requests
- Creates, maintains, and submits customer hardware inventory status contract deliverables that include inventory counts, forecasted use, and maintenance interval information
- Reviews, interprets, and effectively communicates technical requirements (engineering drawings, procedures, technical requirements, etc.) to develop detailed work authorizing packages to ensure the effective implementation of manufacturing, maintenance, testing, modifications, and repair tasks
- Tracks work authorization packages in support of manufacturing, processing, and testing activities to ensure timely delivery and work order closure by maintaining accountability logs, records, and indices as required
- Monitors training and flight hardware maintenance requirements and implements plans to perform preventative maintenance tasks and ensures maintenance records are updated accordingly
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define, develop, and document processes, and workflows and refines established processes for cost-effective and efficient hardware management practices from initial production to long-term sustainment
- Develops, monitors, and presents key performance metrics to senior management
- Implements and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
- Performs additional job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field, 7 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, inventory management fields, or related fields highly desired
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools (data analysis, predictive analytics, automation, data visualization, pivot table creation, dashboards, etc.) highly desired
- Experience with CostPoint/Deltek or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems desired
- Experience utilizing Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) systems highly desired
- Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
- Demonstrated organization skills to meet tight deadlines with high quality results

Requirements
- This position may require access to export controlled technical data or technology subject to NASA regulations, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In accordance with U.S. export control laws, final candidates may be required to undergo additional export control screening to determine eligibility for access. Meeting these requirements is a condition of employment.

- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones
