Job Description
Material Availability Coordinator
As a Material Availability Coordinator, you are responsible for end-to-end execution of operational supply chain activities within a field region. You ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and continuous operational improvement.
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments (priority and emergency)
- Follow up on service orders, delivery notes, and shipment status
- Handle ticket disturbance and operational escalations
- Resolve stock, order, and shipment issues
- Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers
- Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring
- Support reporting (EMO, fill rate, performance tracking)
- Participate in operational meetings and stakeholder alignment (lead).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Working in SAP
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration or relevant experience in similar roles. 3–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
Personal skills
- SAP ERP knowledge / experience is a big preference
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented With SAP knowledge is preference
Other information
This is a 12-month contract
This is a 3rd party headcount, where incumbent's payroll will be managed by a recruitment agency
