The HR Technology & Innovation department is the functional owner of ASML’s HR systems and is responsible for the global support and maintenance of Workday. This includes HCM Core, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Time & Absence, and Talent & Performance, as well as supporting capabilities such as Security, Integrations, and Extend.
We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our Develop & Perform domain within the global HR Technology team. In this role, you will support and enhance our HR systems, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and contribute to a strong employee experience. You will work closely with global stakeholders and subject matter experts to optimize Develop & Perform processes in Workday and related applications. The ideal candidate brings solid knowledge of talent, development, and performance processes, combined with hands-on experience in Workday or a comparable HR platform.

Role and responsibilities
As HR Analyst – Develop & Perform, you will support the global Workday team on topics related to talent, development, and performance within the HR technology landscape.
- Support and advise product owners and process owners in translating detailed requirements into system solutions or process improvements.
- Configure, test, validate, and implement process and functionality changes in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
- Assess, analyze and solve complex issues via tier 3 support tickets, in support of junior team members.
- Assess new releases and features to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the application landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the HR Technology team to evaluate the impact of changes on downstream systems, business processes, and reporting.
- Apply end-to-end process thinking and embed employee experience principles into system design and configuration.
- Support talent management and development processes, including the performance cycle, succession planning, and reporting, and drive improvements together with stakeholders.
- Partner closely with local key users on knowledge transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work from the Talent strategy and roadmap, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand future demand and impact on existing configuration.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Develop & Perform domain, ideally combined with hands-on Workday experience.
