
Job Description
To support our factory, ASML keeps parts, tools and packaging in Warehouses close to our customers. These warehouses need to be supplied by a Field Service Hub (FSH).
FSH is tasked to make sure the regional and local warehouses are ready to support our customers in the most efficient way, which means that all facilities are fit for purpose, there is enough space and sufficient manpower and that activities are performed in line with the agreed SLA’s and budgets. Facilities in our warehouses include Clean Technology Infrastructure (such as clean rooms) to inspect, clean and pack parts. With this we make sure we supply our customers and factories with materials in the right quality and at the right time.
Job mission
You manage the 3PL that is selected to operate the field service warehouse in your assigned responsibility on:
- Budget and cost saving initiatives
- Performance (SLA and KPI management) and performance improvement initiatives
- Quality and quality improvementEnsure the warehouse is operated flawlessly by the 3PL by auditing on adherence of the right procedures and systems by putting proper controls in place.
The growing number of produced ASML machines can require us to setup new warehouses or expand or relocate existing warehouses. It will be your responsibility to translate the business requirements into warehouse requirements and manage infrastructure projects to successful completion. Time, quality, money, and (internal) customer satisfaction will be your main drivers.
You will need to collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders within ASML to be able to run projects and operations.

Plan and manage the budget for the warehouses in the assigned responsibility
Manage the 3PL’s on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly / monthly)
Ensure warehouses stay fit for purpose at all time by driving infrastructural changes: Translate parts, tools and packaging handling and storage requirements into the logistics facilities needed.
Manage the assigned budget for the Infrastructure projects
Build relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, for example: Procurement, Suppliers, factory logistics etc.
Define, drive and deliver optimization projects in the Warehousing domain to drive cost down, material availability up and/or quality and performance up.
Act as a subject matter expert in your field
Help in implementing WMS at some of the warehouses
Education
MSc. or Bachelor in Supply Chain Management
Experience
8+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or Logistics position in the High-Tech industry
Experience with Project Management
Experience with Service Logistics and/or managing 3PL’s
Experience with SAP
Process standardization
LEAN
WMS implementations
Personal skills
Self-starter and finisher
Dive into details where required, while keeping the overview and prioritizing
Decisionmaker, able to influence without authority
Able to build rapports and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
English language skills are a must
Travel
Up to 20% within Linkou/Taoyuan area
