HMI- Senior Application Engineer- Hsinchu

Introduction:

This position is a technical leadership role for providing deep technical insight and acting as a key interface between external customers and internal stakeholders. The role drives alignment on customer application challenges and delivers solutions across advanced technology nodes.

R&R:

1. Responsible for acquiring a deep understanding of key customer application challenges for N and N+1 nodes, and for identifying solutions or proposing new product and feature requirements.

2. Responsible for leading the execution of NPI and H2H projects, delivering high-impact technical guidance in close collaboration with local application teams to ensure project success.

3. Accountable for the quality and efficiency of diagnosing and resolving application issues that cannot be addressed by local teams, minimizing disruption to NPI/H2H and customer operations.
