Introduction to the job
Work as regional product management manager and collaborate with account sales manager locally to setup and execute new product penetration strategy. Lead and coach RPM team member on new product technical engagement project for inspection and metrology new tool adoption at customer R&D and High Volume Manufacturing. Take the end to end full responsibility for the success of technical engagement
Role and responsibilities
Manage a team of RPM to drive ASML ebeam product engagement with customers and bringing customer technical requirements to product marketing and Account Team.
• Develop strong marketing strategy to meet customer technical requirements, and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skillset.
• Work with product team to address gaps between product offering and customer needs and thus optimize customer satisfaction and business performance.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and passion for customer engagement with company product offer. He/ she must experiences in leading and motivating the team to achieve performance goals.
1. Business development
Collaborate with local account sales manager force to set up new product penetration strategy. Identify customer pain points, position & promote ebeam product to meet customer requirements and drive successful adoption at customer site
2. Project ownership
- Responsible for leading the engagement project and narrow down the technical gap from current product offer to customer requirement.
- Oversee and drive NPI scope of work execution and collaborate with multiple project teams including field application team, central project lead and product marketing to make sure engagement project success.
3. Marketing role
- Understanding customer technology roadmap and technical requirement on e-Beam
- Defect Inspection & Metrology and report to marketing team
- Competition intelligence collection and assessment
4. People management and development
- Lead own field team, cascades targets, appraises and develops (the cooperation between) employees.
- Develops direct reports by coaching them, assigning new tasks, guides on skills and knowledge development.
Education and experience
• Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics etc.
• More than 15 years of working experiences in semiconductor industry related field
• Engineering experience on defect inspection and metrology is preferred
• Experience of project management and marketing strategy setup and execution
• Experience in experiences leading and motivating the team to achieve performance goals
Skills
eBeam inspection or Semiconductor process knowledge.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
