ArianeGroup GmbH in Bremen is looking for a ‘Quality Performance & Development Manager (d/f/m)’ for the department ‘CMS & Quality Tools’ with immediate effect.

Your main tasks and activities:
Tasks:
Advising and supporting users in the application and mastery of quality skills and methods based on the ArianeGroup process landscape (CMS)
Ensuring consistency of quality processes, quality trainings and CMS documentation
Mapping the needs of quality competences for quality and non-quality jobs
Coordinating the quality learning solutions inclusive e-learning
Chairing of failure investigation working groups
Activities:
Quality Learning Solution Management (Quality Trainings)
Manage and permanently update a list of all quality trainings available (content, languages, type of training) and a list of all quality trainers
Define training strategy and validate new training solutions (global objectives and content, training developer subcontractors) and manage their implementation
Conduct quality trainings as trainer (e.g. quality newcomer training, job audits, 8D)
Be the problem-solving methods referent in ArianeGroup GmbH (e.g.: 8D referent, animate and support the ArianeGroup 8D Pilot network, support the 8D tracking, ...)
Be the human factors referent within ArianeGroup GmbH
Support the deployment of APQP within ArianeGroup GmbH
Assure the qualification of the trainers and coach the trainers
Make the quality trainings available on relevant retention systems, keep them updated and monitor costs
CMS
Exchange with the continuous improvement leader and the process piloting teams for quality and trainings processes on the process referential and performance
Strengthen the use of collaborative tools (Confluence, Jira, SharePoint, Digital SQCDPI)
Support action tracking from audits and certification for any kind of transversal, CMS process-related actions
Promote and make known the CMS Directives “Quality Policy” and “Quality Manual”
Transversal
Promote the quality fundamentals and human factors (Dirty Dozen) prevention
Conduct Local Process Review upon request
Be the guide and focal point for site BRE for EN 9100 certification external audits
Point of contact for quality staff in AGG for all quality topics
Maintain the ArianeGroup quality toolbox (tools, methodologies, best practices) in cooperation with improvement teams
Contribute to quality communication for own perimeter
Contribute to quality KPI achievement
Deploy the quality fundamentals and promote quality mindset and risk-based thinking
Governance
Job attached to “CMS and Quality-Tools”
Member of the company-wide ArianeGroup quality networks
Direct reporting to Head of “Central Quality”
Status and decisions are shared periodically with representatives from other directorates in the frame of existing routines
You have the following qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Good knowledge of collaborative tools and quality tools (EN9100, ECSS, 8D problem solving, risk management, PFMEA, DFMEA, ...)
Ability to run risk-based approaches and root causes analyses
Audit experience would be an asset
Oral communication skills for high stake contents in front of high-level audiences
Strong collaborative mindset with team membership in an intercultural environment, rigor, capacity to analyze and synthetize
Significant personal initiative and tenacity
Strong interpersonal skills
Language skills: German native-level (written, verbal), fluency in English, basics in French would be an asset

Few more words about our site of Bremen
This site, located on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Bremen in north-west Germany, has specialised in the development and manufacture of the upper stage of the Ariane launchers since the start of the programme. Its experts are responsible for the design, development and final integration of the Ariane 6 upper stage. They are also developing the Astris Kick Stage, an additional upper stage powered by the future reignitable bi-propellant engine called Berta, which will further enhance Ariane 6’s versatility. The Bremen site also produces metal tanks for the orbital propulsion systems.
