Job Description:
We are seeking a Reliability Systems Engineer to define, build, and execute the reliability program for a X-Bat. This role owns the development of reliability frameworks, drives subsystem-level test strategies, and ensures that design decisions are grounded in mission-driven reliability requirements.
What You Will Do:
Required Qualifications:
- Experience developing reliability programs from early design through flight test
- 7+ years of experience in reliability engineering for aerospace or complex systems
- Experience with FMECA, FTA, and reliability prediction methods
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and subsystem interactions
- Experience supporting hardware development, integration, and testing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in probabilistic risk assessment and uncertainty quantification
- Hands-on experience with aircraft testing (ground and/or flight test)
- Strong systems engineering mindset with ability to work across disciplines
